A little bit about me

As I delved deeper into the world of pole dancing, I realized that it’s so much more than just a form of exercise. It’s a source of self-love, confidence, and even spirituality. This realization sparked a desire in me to share my experiences and insights. And that’s how the idea for this blog was born…

Ein bisschen was über mich

Feel yourself

The journey of life can feel overwhelming at times, leaving us feeling lost and directionless. But it’s in these moments that we have the chance to uncover our true purpose—a beautiful realization that empowers us to make a positive impact on the world. For me, that purpose is all about helping others discover their inner strength and unique abilities. Watching people grow into the best version of themselves is a humbling and deeply inspiring experience. It’s a powerful reminder of the limitless potential within each of us. So, let’s embark on this journey together and start building a better future – starting today.

A little glimpse into
my pole dance journey

It was always about being better. Training to be better than everyone else. If I didn’t win a competition, it was simply “a bad day.” There’s that saying: “Focus on your strengths.” And so, my journey in track and field was meant to move in only one direction—forward. But over time, it no longer felt right to train in just one way. I started noticing how unbalanced my body had become and how my mind was fixated solely on success, refusing to accept failure. I knew I couldn’t continue like this.

Looking back on my journey, I’m still grateful for the years of experience I gained in sports. But deep down, I realized I needed to find an activity that would bring me balance—physically and mentally. That’s when I discovered pole dance. The fluidity, grace, strength, and confidence it requires resonated with me on a deeper level, and I instantly knew that I’d found my true passion.

However, it wasn’t always easy to let go of the habit of comparing myself to others—even in this new sport. Now, I focus on regularly exploring my own style and staying true to myself.
